Fresh air, with the window closed
The Air-Vent Comfort exploits a small section of the window seal as a controlled air pathway. Outdoor air enters the channel between frame and sash, then diffuses into the room through the vent on top of the sash.
A piece of seal is replaced
During install, you swap a 35 cm section of the standard window seal with the special perforated Air-Vent seal. This creates a controlled air channel.
Outdoor air enters the channel
When the window is closed, fresh air enters through the perforated seal and travels up the gap between the frame and sash.
The vent diffuses it into the room
On top of the sash, the Air-Vent valve catches the rising air and spreads it gently upwards — so you don't feel a draught at face level.

The cross-section
Most tilt-and-turn PVC windows have an outer and inner seal between the frame and the sash. By replacing a small section of the outer seal with our perforated version, we create a calibrated air inlet that you can regulate from the inside.
Because air enters at the top of the sash and spreads upwards, it warms up against the ceiling before reaching you — no cold draught, no temperature drops.
